We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and low-stress grooming experience for every pet.

Because we operate a mobile grooming salon, we arrive at your scheduled location during your confirmed appointment window. Please ensure your pet is available and ready when we arrive.

For the health and safety of all pets, dogs must be current on required vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian.

The safety of pets and groomers is our highest priority.

If a pet displays aggressive or dangerous behavior that makes grooming unsafe, we may stop or refuse service. Charges may still apply for time spent.

Severely matted coats can cause discomfort and may require a shorter grooming style than requested.

We will always prioritize your pet's comfort and well-being. Additional fees may apply for extensive de-matting or special handling.

If fleas or ticks are discovered during grooming, we may recommend stopping the grooming session or applying additional sanitation procedures. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

We gladly care for senior pets and pets with medical conditions. Please let us know about any health concerns before your appointment so we can provide the safest grooming experience possible.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In cases of severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, appointments may need to be rescheduled for everyone's safety.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have questions or concerns about your grooming service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.
